At Penchina™, we have adopted a five-step process designed to establish a firm foundation for all projects. The summary below describes how a typical project such as website design, traditional marketing, creative services or Internet Marketing Services would take place.
I. Discovery
The critical first step in our process is the "discovery phase" where we work to discover exactly what your goals and unique business needs are. Above all we listen and "feed" ourselves with as much information as possible. Here, we define all objectives and formulate a business strategy that will serve as the foundation of the project. At the end of this phase, the client will be presented with the project scope that includes: project objectives, deliverables, cost estimates, timing and any technical specifications the project may encompass. This is the "blueprint" for your project.
II. Development
Once project objectives have been defined and solidified, the development phase begins. During this phase, initial program concepts, positioning, rough sketches, thumbnails, web site maps, flow charts, and copy outlines (depending on the project) are submitted for your approval. All elements are developed with an integrated approach working together to deliver a clear, consistent message to your customers.
III. Design
After initial approvals, the design of the project begins. This includes copywriting, providing details of marketing campaigns and promotions, undertaking key word analysis, design of mechanicals, etc. For website design, a preliminary site can now be seen at our project extranet where the client can watch the project progress on a daily basis.
IV. Execution
All elements of your project are brought to completion. This includes the final development of all mechanicals, program elements, website design, press releases, etc.
V. Launch
In this phase, our collective and integrated vision becomes a reality to you and all of your customers. Your marketing program and materials are seen by your customers and your website goes live! Contrary to what you might think, the launch phase is not the end of your project; it's the beginning of your project's life. We work with you to ensure all elements of your program are running properly. We help you measure the success of your project by comparing outcomes to previously established success criteria. If required, we can also offer you extended support. Communication with you doesn't stop because the project has been launched.
