Cindy Penchina, President
Cindy Penchina founded Penchina
Web Design LLC in 1996. Coming
from the world of education,
having been an educator for
18 years, she has held the
position of Adjunct Professor
teaching courses in web design
and implementation. Cindy
holds dual Master's degrees
in Instructional Technology
and Communication Sciences.
Cindy plays an active role
in her local community as
Vice Chair of the Westchester
Alliance for Telecommunication
and Public Access, working
to bring non-profit organizations
to the web. As Vice Chair,
one of her responsibilities
was the creation and development
of the Westchester County
Board of Legislators web site.
She also serves on the Board
of Directors of the Westchester
Association of Women Business
Owners, playing an integral
part of their web site development
as well. She is currently
a regular contributing author
to the Tailwind Network, a
close-knit online community
focusing on entrepreneurial
efforts. Penchina Web Design
is the realization of Cindy's
ideals and her desire to provide
unparalleled client service
and high quality product offerings.

Veronica Mohatt,
Creative Services Director
An award-winning designer,
Veronica has been designing
websites for over 7 years.
Skillful on both Mac and
PC platforms, Veronica combines
efficiency with effective
design bringing innovation
and creativity to each project.
Her tools of choice are
Photoshop, Illustrator,
Freehand, Fireworks, and
Flash. Veronica's previous
experience involves extensive
design projects completed
for aka.com and IBM. She
holds a BA degree in Multimedia
Design from the University
at Buffalo. Most recently,
Veronica's expert design
skills helped Penchina win
top honors at the Annual
Big "W"
Awards hosted by the Westchester
Advertising Club.
Dipen Mehta, Lead Developer
Mr. Mehta has been part of the Penchina Team since 2001. A seasoned veteran of the Internet community, Mr. Mehta has been leading web development teams for almost 10 years. Mr. Mehta is currently a certified Lotus Notes Developer and Instructor and a Senior Microsoft Professional. Dipen has held various high level positions within the Internet divisions of numerous technology companies, such as Lucent and IBM, as well as dot - com companies, most recently being the CTO of aka.com where he managed both the development and infrastructure teams. Having this hybrid background in both hardware and software arenas, Dipen is capable of designing best of breed web-based applications to take advantage of the scalability of today's systems. This allows his team to architect and implement efficient, secure web-based applications for our customers. Mr. Mehta holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and is currently pursuing his MBA. Most recently, Mr. Mehta was named one of the Top 100 Technologists in NY by Crains Business – a publication focused around entrepreneurial efforts in the NY area.
